City Council public hearing for Chapter 42 and Chapter 26 Livable Places Housing Amendments

A public hearing will be held on July 21 on proposed housing amendments to Chapters 42 and 26. The proposals are the result of work over the past three years of the Planning & Development department with the Livable Places Action Committee. The proposals are in the areas of:

  • Second dwelling units

  • Multi-unit residential

  • Courtyard style development

  • Narrow lot development

  • Market-based parking
