Your opportunity to give input on upcoming walk/bike projects planned for W. Dallas & Mandell Streets.
The Montrose Redevelopment Authority (RDA, Montrose TIRZ #27) will hold a public meeting to share information with the community and receive feedback on proposed walk/bike improvements to W. Dallas and Mandell Streets. The meeting will take place on Monday, June 27 at 6:30 pm, at St. Stephen's Church (1805 W. Alabama St.) in the Havens Center. (If attending in person, the RDA requests you arrive 10 minutes early to allow the meeting to begin promptly). There will also be a Zoom option available to allow people to attend virtually if that is more convenient. If you would like to attend virtually you may register at https://tinyurl.com/2p8fk6kh.
The proposed projects include dedicated bike lanes and sidewalk replacements on the portions of W. Dallas St. and Mandell St. located within TIRZ 27 boundaries. We strongly encourage residents along these streets and other Neartown stakeholders to attend this public meeting to learn more about what is proposed, ask questions, and give input while the projects are still in the planning stage.
This will also be a regular Montrose TIRZ and RDA Board meeting. View the TIRZ potential projects list.
