An opportunity to learn about current and upcoming Montrose TIRZ & RDA projects.

The Board of Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty-Seven (the Montrose TIRZ), along with the Board of the Montrose Redevelopment Authority (RDA), will hold a special public outreach meeting on October 18th at 6:30 pm at ABHR and open to the public. Members of the public may join the meeting in-person, via Zoom, or via teleconference. Registration is required.

This meeting will provide an update on the progress of TIRZ/RDA projects currently under construction, such as the Waugh Drive, Commonwealth Street pedestrian and bicycle improvements, as well as plans for upcoming projects, including the Woodhead and Hawthorne neighborhood safe street project.
