The Montrose TIRZ 27 will hold an in-person public open house on September 18 to provide the community with information about The Montrose Blvd. Improvements project progress and provide updates based on public comments received during the first public open house for the project in January 2023. Project information will focus on Segment I - West Clay to Allen Parkway.

The regular TIRZ 27 Board meeting will commence in Havens Center immediately following the open house.

Public feedback and participation are encouraged. Comments/feedback received will be taken into consideration by the project team. Written comments will be accepted during the public open house and by mail and email until October 18, 2023 (30 days following the meeting).
