The Montrose Redevelopment Authority/TIRZ 27 Board of Directors will hold its second public meeting on the proposed Montrose Boulevard Project for the purpose of receiving community feedback. The meeting will be in-person only on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 6:30 PM at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Pecore Hall.

Presentation materials and video recording (presentation begins ~7:54) from the initial December 12 meeting on the Montrose Blvd. project are available on the Montrose TIRZ project page. Neartown residents and other interested parties are encouraged to review the Montrose Blvd. presentation prior to the January 23rd meeting and come prepared to ask questions and provide input on the project.
