The Civic Association of First Montrose Commons offers a special preview presentation of the Montrose TIRZ 27 and Redevelopment Authority  plans for the redesign and reconstruction of Montrose Boulevard. All Neartown neighborhood associations are invited to attend. This is an opportunity for residents to familiarize themselves with the project in preparation for the upcoming January 23 Montrose TIRZ/Redevelopment Authority official public meeting, where attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the project planners and engineers.
