The Regulatory and Neighborhood Affairs (RNA) Committee considers policies and regulations that protect and promote strong, vibrant neighborhoods and encourage the positive development of communities. The committee oversees the Department of Neighborhoods, Administration and Regulatory Affairs, and the Solid Waste Management Department. At-Large Position 5 Council Member Sallie Alcorn serves as Chair of the committee and Council Member Jerry Davis serves as Vice Chair.

Public comment will be allowed via videoconference; no in-person input will be allowed. Only those who sign up in advance will be able to provide public comments during the meeting. Public speakers will receive a specific link and call-in number that will allow them to be able to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting at their designated time to speak.
