The March meeting of the Council Committee on Quality of Life will consider the proposed new boundaries for the Market-Based Parking Area, to include Midtown. (Parts of the East Montrose and Avondale neighborhoods extend into Midtown.) Time is allotted on the agenda for public comments. Following the committee meeting the Market-Based Parking ordinance will be finalized and readied to be presented to City Council for adoption.
